We are a consulting firm that originated under the inspiration of Consult Chile that deals with Senior Management issues and support to the implementation of organizational processes in several South American countries. Under such inspiration, Consult Centroamericana participated in a consultancy in Guatemala that dealt with the separation of functions of the National Institute of Electrification two decades ago. Since then, we have focused our work on consulting and advisory services in Senior Management, Finance, Economics and Productivity and Sustainability Management Systems.
